Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Lead Watchdog. By signing in or connecting a CRM or calendar, you agree to them.

The service

Lead Watchdog watches the CRMs you connect for leads showing activity, routes them to your team, can text them for you through an automated assistant, and can book calls on your calendar. Features may change as we improve the service.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in private and tell us if you think someone else is using it.
• You're responsible for what people on your account do in Lead Watchdog.

Your data and permissions

• You own your CRM data. You give us permission to read it and use it to provide Lead Watchdog to you.
• You confirm you're allowed to connect each CRM and calendar, and to share its data as you choose (for example, through a lender's partner link).
• You can disconnect a CRM or calendar, or ask us to delete your account, at any time.

Texting rules

• You're responsible for having permission to text the people you contact through Lead Watchdog, and for following the laws that apply to you, including the TCPA, state telemarketing rules, and carrier requirements.
• Lead Watchdog honors STOP replies, sends automated texts only during set hours, and its assistant never quotes rates, payments, fees or whether someone qualifies. Don't try to work around these safeguards.
• We may pause texting on an account to protect recipients, the phone numbers, or the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use Lead Watchdog to send spam, harass anyone, break the law, or access data you aren't allowed to see. Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Not financial or legal advice

Lead Watchdog helps you find and contact leads. It doesn't make lending decisions or give financial, legal or compliance advice. You're responsible for your own licensing, disclosures and advice to consumers.

Third-party services

Lead Watchdog connects to services like your CRM, Twilio, Calendly, Google and Microsoft. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their outages or changes.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Lead Watchdog running and accurate, but it's provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or catch every lead. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending service

You can stop using Lead Watchdog at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. When an account ends, its data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
